Hello Everyone,
The first thing I learned about was how to work with crystals, herbs, candles etc, that how colours can have this influence on us, or how certain fragrances can uplift our mood or how a bunch of right herbs can get you rid from nightmares , Yes I know this is lot to take in right now but will gradually proceed.
For Now I want you to guys to know about my favourite essential crystals that works for me and I love their energy, so lets talk about it
1.Rose Quarts – Yes Whenever we talk about crystals this come first 🙂 Obviously that’s how it is important and essential. This particular crystal has so many good effects and it benefits you in so many ways. This light pink crystal have everything positive inside in it we need almost everything, This crystal can be used for self love, it restores peace within , since it is related to heart chakra it promotes healing for those who are actually suffering from heart break, feeling worthless, lost or feeling of guilt etc, This actually helps you to recognise your own needs , to forgive and to be forgiven ,to make you love yourself more so that’s how you will reflect what you are and attract the same compassionated love.
2. Black Tourmaline – Now this specific crystal is too good who be suffering from anxiety , depression or negative thoughts , Ancient magicians used this particular stone for their protection while they cast their spell, it is to be believed it lighten the negative energy and turn them into positive usable energy , its good for grounding , it also protects from psychic attacks, helps preventing panic attacks etc.
3. Amethyst – This beautiful intense purple stone is associated with crown chakra , This stone helps you to balance your overindulgences , evil thoughts and energies around, it helps you to see things clearly , it strengthen your intuition, This is the stone of great wisdom,

To the Hebrews, it was Ahlamah, the ninth stone in the breastplate of the High Priest, engraved with the tribe of Dan, as well as the twelfth foundation stone for the New Jerusalem. To the Egyptians, it was Hemag, listed in the Book of the Dead to be carved into heart-shaped amulets for burial. In Eastern cultures, it was listed in descriptions of sacred “gem-cities,” “trees of life,” and used in temple offerings for worship, and to align planetary and astrological influences, overall this is must have stone.
4. Orange Carnelian – The ancient Egyptians called Carnelian “the setting sun.” In its orange hues, they identified it with the receptive or passive female energies, and associated it with the fertile menstrual blood of the mother goddess, Isis. In its red, red-orange to reddish brown shades, they considered it the active male energy stone, recognized by its glowing vibrant color. [Eason, 72, 84] Carnelian is traditionally worn to enhance passion, love, and desire. This particular stones posses the quality of great physical power, courage and influence. It is believed that carnelian attracts prosperity and open the gates for new opportunities and possibilities .
So these were my few of the favourite crystals which I just adore , you can get them in form of jewelleries or tumble they both are efficient.
